Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead the property team, manage budgets, leasing, maintenance, and owner relations to achieve occupancy and financial goals.

You will ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies, while delivering outstanding resident service and maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently or as a leader or team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze budgets for the property and review financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, inspections, renewals, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise staff, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist in owner relationship management with periodic updates.
