Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a multi-family community. You will lead site staff, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills to coordinate leasing, maintenance, and owner relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales/marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, capable of independent and team work.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the site team.
• Set rents and monitor collections; prepare financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage accounts payable and reporting.
• Oversee leasing processes and enforce lease terms.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff and performance.
