Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the property, leading the team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Sets rents, collects payments, and reviews monthly financial reports.
• Approves vendor invoices, ensures insurance certificates, and coordinates with vendors and owners.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and oversees cash handling.
• Oversees lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewal processes.
• Analyzes market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by timely response to inquiries and service requests; ensures maintenance standards.
