Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of two or more assigned properties in San Jose. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management and related areas.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently, as a leader, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication.
• Control expenditures within approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement including applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by resolving complaints and coordinating maintenance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist in client/owner relations and provide property updates.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
• California-specific Lease File Checklist compliance.
