Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, track revenues, and ensure adherence to housing regulations and company policies while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, strong communication, and a proactive management style. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a global real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and reviewing monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notice requirements.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and requests timely.
• Ensure maintenance staff comply with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure cleanliness and appeal.
