Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lead the on-site team, and ensure budgeted financial and operational goals are met. Responsibilities include rent management, vendor coordination, and maintaining compliant, high-quality housing.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and customer service skills to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience with budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Input into property budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and posting payments timely; prepare monthly status reports.
• Approve invoices and ensure insurance certificates; coordinate with vendors and owners.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices per lease terms.
• Gather market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction; respond to complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and appearance standards.
