Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations for stabilized, mid-rise communities in San Jose. You will manage property staff, drive occupancy, and ensure compliance with housing laws while optimizing financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and lease enforcement. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 2+ properties, leading teams to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Set rent rates, collect revenues, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage communications between stakeholders.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and develop short- and long-range leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
