Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in San Jose, CA to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized mid‑rise community. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws, while optimizing occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. Housing discounts and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience to manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise the team to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications and payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Address resident questions and service requests to ensure satisfaction and property quality.
