Responsibilities

• Financial & Budget Management: monitor budgets, manage expenses, track revenue/expenses.
• Tenant & Community Engagement: mediate tenant concerns and align with resident services.
• Compliance & Policy Implementation: conduct audits, train staff on policies.
• Team Leadership & Development: supervise staff, provide coaching and evaluations.
