Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the apartment community and buildings in Oregon.

You will ensure quality service to residents, efficient operations, and timely administration, reporting to the Regional Property Manager. Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, notices, unit turns, and maintaining financial performance while enforcing Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training in property/real estate management preferred.
• 1–2 years of hospitality, office management, or administrative experience; professional training may substitute for experience.
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office recommended.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices for approval and maintain accurate resident records.
• Manage rent collection and deposit receipts promptly.
• Coordinate leasing from application to move-in and ensure timely unit turns.
• Communicate notices to residents and enforce lease terms and house rules.
• Market the property to meet occupancy goals and maintain a positive community image.
• Collaborate with site team to monitor property goals and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee on-site staff timecards and payroll in the timekeeping system.
• Maintain compliance with federal regulations and ensure financial performance.
