Responsibilities

• Code invoices in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Maintain resident records to comply with regulations.
• Manage leasing process from initial application to move-in.
• Collect rent and other income; deposit and record receipts.
• Enforce fair housing and landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate move-in date with maintenance rent ready date.
• Ensure property meets financial performance goals.
