Job summary

Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a Property Operations Manager for our Eugene portfolio. The role oversees daily operations, staff and resource management, and ensures maximum cash flow while maintaining high-quality resident services.

You will lead maintenance, security, and housekeeping; monitor compliance with permits and laws; coordinate budgeting and reporting, and act as a liaison with residents and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in operations/management of a property; 5+ years preferred.
• Excellent oral, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong analytical and decision‑making abilities; solid business sense and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of a mixed-use or multifamily property.
• Oversee security, maintenance, housekeeping; ensure quality service to residents.
• Direct staff; train and coach; monitor adherence to policies and performance.
• Ensure permits, codes, and laws are met; address violations and CO issues.
• Participate in budget development; provide variance reports and ensure cash flow.
• Liaise between residents and ownership; meet residents regularly; address questions and lease requirements.
• Manage lease administration, parking operations, and resident relations; sales analysis.
• Coordinate with local authorities; maintain communications for incidents and emergencies.
