Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and manage marketing information.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, notices, renewals, and late fee collection.
