Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC in Arlington, VA, seeks a property operations leader to manage day-to-day activities of a multifamily community, lead a team, and ensure adherence to budget and laws.

You will oversee rent collection, vendor management, marketing and leasing strategies, property inspections, maintenance supervision, and owner relations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while delivering excellent resident service.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage a community.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to lead and collaborate.

Mansioni

• Develop and monitor property budgets and financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage insurance certificates, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and ensure maintenance standards.
• Supervise staff and manage performance.
• Maintain owner relationships and provide updates.
• Prepare various accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
