Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of related property management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical infrastructure basics.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel for training and orientation.
• Experience with vendor management and lease compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance analysis.
• Manage AR/AP, rent collection, and CAM estimates.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and customer obligations.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Supervise staff and set performance goals.
• Develop, coach, and counsel team members.
• Conduct property inspections and suggest improvements.
