Digital Realty is seeking a Property Manager to own the budgeting, financial oversight, and maintenance of a data center facility. You will lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure lease compliance while coordinating with technical operations to deliver reliable infrastructure.

The role emphasizes financial acumen, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration in a global data center environment located in the Manassas area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance, or the comparable experience.
• Four to seven years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial terms and the ability to analyze and make complex financial decisions.
• Proficiency with HVAC and electrical infrastructure concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including rent collection and expenses.
• Ensure compliance of customer lease agreements with landlord and customer obligations.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Technical Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Oversee vendor selection, RFPs, service agreements, and monitor performance.
• Conduct property inspections and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and Technical Operations to meet corporate objectives.
• Manage and develop team members; set and attain performance goals.
