Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 387-unit garden style community in Morgan Hill, CA. You will lead the team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies, housing laws, and safety standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. Candidates must be capable of driving occupancy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community to meet budgets.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and periodic inspections and renewals.
• Lead and train staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate marketing, budgeting, reporting, and owner communications.
