Greystar in San Jose seeks a property operations professional to manage day-to-day activities for two or more properties. You will lead teams, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to housing laws and Greystar policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, approving vendor invoices, and driving occupancy through market analysis and leasing strategies. Strong leadership and customer-service skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum relevant property management experience including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for properties.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and clients/owners.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and inspections while following lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-range marketing strategies to meet occupancy/revenue goals.
• Address resident complaints promptly and supervise maintenance staff to meet standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance management.
