Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and financial performance of the property in Pennsylvania. The role requires extensive knowledge of Section 8, tax credits, and One Site Leasing, with COS and TCS certifications preferred.

You will supervise maintenance and leasing staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with HUD/TC guidelines while delivering excellent resident service and reporting to the Regional Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge with project and tenant-based section 8 and tax credit.
• COS and TCS certifications are required.
• Experience managing daily operations and achieving financial goals of rental properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Oversee leasing, collections, resident retention, and customer service.
• Supervise Maintenance Supervisor and staff; coordinate maintenance and contracted services.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with HUD/LC/TC guidelines.
