Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a HUD/Tenant-based affordable housing property. You will manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance to meet program requirements.

The role requires COS and TCS certifications, strong staff leadership, and hands-on oversight of compliance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HUD housing programs including Section 8 and tax credit properties.
• COS and TCS certifications required.
• Experience managing a property with leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property records and secure lease files per program requirements.
• Supervise maintenance staff and leasing activities to achieve occupancy targets.
• Process reports, budgets, and audits in compliance with HUD/TC/ADHP/HOME regulations.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, renewals, and tenant relations to maintain high occupancy.
