Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to lead daily operations, leasing, and financial performance for a HUD/Tax Credit property. You will supervise staff, manage wait lists, and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of Section 8 and tax credit regulations, COS certification, and strong leadership in a complex environment. You will report to the Regional Property Manager and support community safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of affordable housing property management experience overseeing a busy complex and staff with financial and operational responsibility.
• COS certification on a HUD governed property is preferred.
• Certification as a resident manager is preferred.
• Ability to supervise a staff of 2 or more.
• Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor capacity in property management; related experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and achieve financial goals of the property.
• Supervise Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Leasing staff.
• Oversee leasing, wait lists, collections, resident retention and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/TC/ADHP/HOME/Bond regulations and conduct reporting.
• Maintain property records and conduct regular inspections for curb appeal and safety.
• Monitor budgets, approve purchases, and process invoices.
• Oversee safety, training, and staff development; coordinate with service providers.
