Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and financial performance at a Section 8/Tax Credit property. The role requires COS and TCS certifications and deep knowledge of HUD/TC guidelines.

You will lead leasing, maintenance, and resident services while ensuring compliance and high service levels. The manager will supervise Maintenance, Assistant Manager, and leasing staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Regional Property

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge with project and tenant-based section 8 and tax credit.
• In-depth knowledge of One Site Leasing and rents.
• COS and TCS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property records and secure lease files.
• Supervise staff and oversee leasing, maintenance, and budgets.
• Prepare reports and ensure HUD/TC/ADHP compliance.
• Oversee tenant relations and revenue collection.
• Audit REAC/UPCS inspections and waitlists.
