Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group in the United States seeks an experienced Affordable Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and financial performance of an affordable housing property. You will manage staff, compliance, and resident relations, ensuring adherence to HUD/TC/ADHP/HOME/Bond requirements.

The role requires extensive knowledge of project-based Section 8, tax credits, LURA requirements, and compliance reporting. A COS certification and supervision experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Experience with HUD/TC/AHDP/HOME/Bond programs and regulatory compliance.
• COS certification on HUD properties preferred.
• Certification as resident manager is a plus.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property records, secure lease files, and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Prepare and review budgets, monitor expenditures, and manage rents and collections.
• Supervise Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Leasing staff; oversee staff performance.
• Coordinate leasing, waitlists, renewals, and occupancy to meet targets.
• Oversee REAC/UPCS inspections and respond to deficiencies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contract services.
• Prepare for audits and manage reporting to HUD/TC/ADHP/HOME/Bond.
