Job summary

Project HOME seeks a Senior Property Manager to oversee multiple affordable housing communities and support residents within our blended housing model. You will lead property operations, ensure HUD compliance, manage budgets, leasing, and reporting while coordinating with Residential Managers and Supportive Housing staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in affordable housing property management
• 4+ years in supervisory role
• HUD/LIHTC familiarity required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of properties, leasing, certifications, evictions, marketing, and ensure HUD compliance
• Lead and supervise property management team; prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports
• Act as interim leader in absence of Director within Supportive Housing; address resident grievances and appeal hearings
