Qualifications

• Experience in property management for housing or multi-family properties.
• Proficiency with bookkeeping tasks including payables/receivables.
• Ability to manage tenant relations with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help manage day-to-day administrative operations of the property.
