Job summary

Catholic Housing Services in Western Washington is seeking a compassionate Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at affordable housing communities. You will supervise onsite staff, ensure compliance with funding requirements, manage budgets and resident relations.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation ranges from $29.15 to $31.48 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of on-site property management experience, including supervising others.
• Ability to meet key performance indicators in Property Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to use a property management software program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
• Valid Washington driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise onsite staff.
• Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial records; coordinate with maintenance and supportive services.
• Ensure compliance with housing standards and funder requirements.
• Address resident inquiries, enforce lease and community rules.
• Prepare and maintain required reports and documentation.
