Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, staff supervision, and vendor coordination to ensure safe, well-maintained properties.

Essential duties include on-site supervision, inventory management, and adherence to OSHA and EPA standards. The role requires EPA/CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and strong leadership for a multi-property portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and comply with safety standards
