Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department at our Oak Park property. You will oversee day-to-day operations, unit turns, and system repairs, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely work orders.

You will supervise and develop staff, coordinate with the Property Manager, and manage vendor contracts while maintaining preventive maintenance programs and asset records.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years in maintenance with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Trade certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure timely work orders and unit turns.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
