Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multifamily maintenance.
• Licenses and Certifications: valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pool certification required for properties with pools.
• Trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues; assist with make-ready repairs.
• Lead junior staff and mentor teammates; maintain accurate work orders and inspections.
