Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead service and maintenance activities at our community. You will coordinate daily operations, manage staff, and ensure safety and compliance across the property.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and preferred HVAC knowledge. You will work closely with the Community Manager to uphold quality, safety, and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards and liabilities.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide coaching and training.
• Handle on-call emergency responses at the community.
• Maintain records of service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and make-ready status.
