Royal American Companies on Woodpine Way in Albany, GA seeks an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee preservation and upkeep of the property under the Community Manager. You will enforce OSHA standards and safety policies and supervise maintenance staff to ensure compliance and quality across units and common areas.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting skills, a High School Diploma, EPA certification (or within 90 days), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• EPA certification required or obtainable within 90 days of hire/promotion.
• High School Diploma or GED required; proficient reading/writing in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled maintenance on property equipment and systems.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.
• Keep accurate records of preventive maintenance, work orders and inspections.
• Assist in custodial tasks and maintain grounds as per procedures manual.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends and holidays.
