Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Practice OSHA standards and company safety policy.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment per manuals.
• Inspect units and common areas and manage repairs as assigned.
• Assist supervision and scheduling of maintenance staff when supervisor is absent.
