Qualifications

• EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice OSHA standards and company safety policy.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all property equipment.
• Inspect units, buildings and common areas for repairs.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and inventories.
• Assist with training and communicate with Community Manager.
