Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurnishing and cleaning, and air conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on apartment units, buildings and common areas.
• Ensure repairs comply with local codes, permits and regulations.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, work orders, and inventories.
