Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policy.
• Perform safety training as required by law.
• Complete hazard assessment forms before starting tasks.
• Use appropriate safety equipment for hazardous tasks.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Cooperate with management during stand-by emergencies.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment per manuals.
• Inspect units and common areas for repairs and cleanliness.
• Maintain grounds per procedures.
• Provide training to colleagues when appropriate.
