Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee preservation and upkeep of our properties under OSHA standards. You will work under the Community Manager, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure repairs comply with codes and safety policies across on-site operations.

You must have HVAC knowledge, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain EPA certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must follow OSHA safety standards and company policy.
• Experience in multi-family property maintenance preferred.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on property assets.
• Inspect units and common areas; perform repairs and janitorial tasks as needed.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections and inventories.
• Respond to emergencies and standby coverage as required.
• Assist with landscaping and facility-related projects.
