Job summary

Royal American Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and maintain multi-family properties. You will follow OSHA standards, complete safety training, and perform preventative maintenance, repairs and inspections across units and common areas.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks, groundskeeping, and assisting with custodial work. Strong communication and reliability are essential for this on-site role in Georgia.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and ability to troubleshoot units.
• Read, understand, and follow handwritten/printed service requests; complete reports.
• Must have tools and be comfortable with hand tools and power tools; work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed maintenance on equipment based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Inspect apartments, buildings and common areas; perform repairs and janitorial tasks as needed.
• Maintain property grounds and amenities according to procedures.
• Provide training for employees from other communities when needed.
• Communicate results to supervisor and document activities.
