Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and air conditioning preferred.
• Excellent attendance and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Practice OSHA standards and company safety policy.
• Inspect and repair property as scheduled and on request.
• Supervise subordinate maintenance personnel and workload.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and inventories.
• Maintain grounds and common areas per procedures manual.
• Assist in custodial tasks in common areas as needed.
• Ensure repairs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies during standby schedule as required.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Maintain uniforms and professional appearance at all times.
