Job summary

ConcordRENTS in Rockledge, FL is seeking a Maintenance professional to keep apartment homes and community amenities in top condition. You will handle painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, carpentry, landscape quality control, and irrigation tasks to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role requires EPA and CPO certifications (or ability to obtain within six months), high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lead a maintenance team, plan preventive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing.
• CPO and EPA certifications may be required and must be provided at hire or within six months.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English for safety and productivity.
• Over five years of experience with required techniques and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Plan maintenance budgets and coordinate with local vendors/contractors.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules and assign tasks by skill.
• Track service requests and close records in the system.
• Maintain EPA logs, MSDS sheets, and pool/building records.
• On-call duty, nights and weekend work.
