Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to upkeep apartment homes and community amenities in Daytona Beach, FL. You will perform painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will manage move-ins/move-outs, respond to service requests, and help keep grounds, pools, and common areas in top condition. EPA or CPO certifications may be required and on‑the‑job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry.
• Ability to identify landscaping deficiencies and perform irrigation repairs.
• Clear, caring communication with residents; customer service oriented.
• Willingness to learn industry-leading technology.
• EPA certification (Universal) or Type I/II may be required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on apartments and amenities per checklists and work orders.
• Track service requests and update records; close completed orders.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Move-ins/move-outs; orient residents to appliances.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and repair drywall; select coatings.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing as needed and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
• Maintain property grounds, clean exteriors, pressure wash as required.
• Respond to resident service needs with clear communication; on-call nights and weekends.
