ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in Florida. The role involves painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair and carpentry to maintain property condition and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing homes for new residents, addressing service requests, maintaining safety and regulatory records, and coordinating with vendors. On-call duties, weekends, and evenings may apply.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance across painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and touch up as needed to maintain curb appeal.
• Inspect and prepare apartment homes for new residents; respond to service requests.
• Maintain EPA logs, MSDS sheets, inventory and other records; monitor warrantees.
• Move, inspect and coordinate move-in/move-out activities; schedule repairs as required.
• Available for on-call duty, nights and weekend work.
