Ideal candidates bring experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping, plus the ability to troubleshoot and perform irrigation repairs. CPO and EPA certifications are preferred or required within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• CPO certification may be required to service pools.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required or obtained within six months of hire.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and community facilities.
• Complete make-readies including painting, cleaning, and prep for new residents.
• Diagnose issues and determine materials needed for repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Maintain community grounds, exterior features, and amenities; assist with irrigation and signage as needed.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends as required.
