Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Sr. Service Manager to lead a team of Technicians and manage maintenance operations at a 400+ unit community in Duluth, GA. The role focuses on fixing and troubleshooting equipment, completing unit turns, and delivering top-notch resident service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential maintenance, EPA Type I/II and CPO certifications, and strong leadership with vendor and budget coordination in a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities or related trade.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Use of general maintenance equipment (hand tools, ladders, refrigerant recovery units, etc.).
• Renovation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies at appropriate levels.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hazard communications programs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain superior customer service with residents.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Work with Maintenance team to implement an effective preventative maintenance program.
• Assist property manager in creation and achievement of budgeted expectations.
• Train and develop property technicians on all property systems.
• Ensure building emergencies are handled promptly.
• Attend and participate in technical training programs to maintain personal skill level.
• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.
