Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site maintenance staff in diagnosing problems.
• Ensure repairs to maintain apartments and common areas are completed.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
