Job summary

Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to sustain the physical condition of a multifamily community in Atlanta. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems.

You will lead by example with proactive planning and safety compliance. The role reports to the Service/Sr. Service Manager and may oversee junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3-5 years maintenance technician experience.
• Multi-family housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs per standards.
• Respond to repair requests across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Address resident requests promptly with strong customer service.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect for quality.
• Routinely inspect grounds and buildings for safety and plan maintenance projects.
• Assist in budget preparation and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Align actions with Mill Creek mission, values and brand.
