Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance leadership role to manage and coordinate all technical and mechanical work for a very large property or multiple properties. You will oversee make-ready processes, vendor coordination, and daily operations to align with company standards and budgets.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, inventory management, and capital expense budgeting, with a base salary range and potential bonuses based on performance and location.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates all technical and mechanical work for a very large property, or multiple properties, to ensure the interior and exterior meet Greystar standards.
• Oversees the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and supplies.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials within budgetary guidelines.
• Prepares maintenance and capital expense budgets by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Completes monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures per Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Supports cost-cutting by ensuring repairs rather than replacements when possible.
• Ensures safety compliance and adherence to OSHA and related laws.
