Job summary

The role manages make-ready for vacant units, coordinates vendors, inspects contractor work, and helps develop budgets for regular repairs and capital projects, with a focus on cost control and resident services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and knowledge of safe tool use.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• English (and Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from residents and conducts routine maintenance.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Sets cleanliness standards for grounds and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspects work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory and assists with budget for repairs and capital projects.
