Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Leader responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical and mechanical work across multiple communities totaling 500+ units. Responsibilities

• Manage the completion of all work orders from resident requests and ensure routine upkeep.
• Lead on-site maintenance staff in diagnosis and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and related areas.
• Oversee make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins; schedule vendors and inspect work.
