• Lead and perform completion of work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate inspections.
• Procure materials, track inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect work with contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Support cost-control by fixing parts rather than replacing them.
