Greystar seeks a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee all technical work at a large property, ensuring interiors, exteriors, and common areas meetGreystar standards and budget goals. You will manage work orders, make-ready processes, and ensure safety and quality across teams and contractors.

The role involves budgeting, inventory control, and periodic inspections to uphold service levels and cost efficiency on-site in a large community. Strong leadership and safety compliance are essential.

• Manages and coordinates all technical and mechanical work for a large property to meet company standards.
• Oversees completion of work orders and routine upkeep per safety and budget policies.
• Manages make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
